Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS within three (3) business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships. Shipping costs are automatically calculated.

It is no longer possible for me to ship to the UK or Germany due to recent customs law changes. All my items can be purchased through my eBay and Etsy stores where they handle the inter-governmental paperwork. For additional information click here.

No import or VAT duties are included in the purchase price or shipping charges. If your country charges for imported merchandise that will be due before delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order I will make it right. Send a description and picture of the problem to modernhojoundo@gmail.com, and we will find a solution. Returns can be sent to:

Returns are accepted for any reason. Simply contact us with the order number and return shipping tracking number and I will process your refund minus shipping charges.
